The UFC will be returning to a a stadium, and this time they’re looking to break their attendance record. UFC 193 will take place in Etihad Stadium in Melboune, Australia, with a welterweight title fight on top. Champion Robbie Lawler will look to build on his hard-fought title defense against Rory MacDonald when he takes on former UFC interim and WEC welterweight champion Carlos Condit in the headliner.
As expected, there will be lots of local flavor on the card. Mark Hunt will compete in a rematch of their classic bout in 2013. Robert Whittaker will look for the biggest win of his career when he takes on British veteran Michael Bisping. And The Hippo, Anthony Perosh, will look to turn back the clock one more time when he faces off with Gian Villante.
