A surefire Fight of the Night candidate has been booked for UFC 191, as Paul Felder and Ross Pearson both look to bounce back from losses suffered in July. Philly.com broke the news on Friday, which the UFC later confirmed. The night’s main event is a flyweight championship rematch between Demetrious Johnson and John Dodson.

Felder (10-1) engaged in a thrilling striking battle with top 10 ranked Edson Barboza at UFC on FOX 16, but came out on the wrong end of a 29-28 unanimous decision. While the Philly native saw his unbeaten record come to an end, he did pick up FOTN honors. His top highlight is a “KO of the Year” candidate spinning backfist win over Danny Castillo in January.

Pearson (17-9, 1 NC) survived a 1st round armbar against Evan Dunham at UFC Glasgow, but the TUF 9 lightweight winner couldn’t stop Dunham from overpowering him and taking a unanimous decision. “The Real Deal” has failed to win consecutive fights since his stoppage wins over George Sotiropoulos and Ryan Couture a couple of years back.

Along with this new booking, MMA Junkie reports the UFC has also added Joe Riggs vs. Ron Stallings and Clay Collard vs. Andre Fili to its September 5th lineup.
