In a week most notably for the huge featherweight title fight that wasn’t, and the intriguing featherweight title fight that is, another 145 lb fighter kind of got swallowed up in the media whirlwind. Cris Cyborg returns to Invicta to defend her featherweight title against challenger Faith Van Duin. It’s potentially supposed to be the last 145 lb bout in Cyborg’s immediate future as she transitions down to 135 lbs for a bout with Ronda Rousey. But, of course, that’s nothing we haven’t heard before.

Anyhow, there’s lots to talk about on a short Invicta card, including the 3rd pro bout of the 4th Horsewoman, the stateside debut of Cage Warriors champ Pannie Kianzad, and the return of the Hottie Slayer Herica Tiburcio. Oh and there’s a new bantamweight champion being crowned as well. Big doings for a Thursday night on Fight Pass.
