The trash talk between Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo didn’t end at the UFC world tour in March – the brash Irishman is still sniping at his opponent on social media. Yesterday, it was reported that Jose Aldo’s random urine drug testing sample was discarded because of legal issues. The featherweight champion provided a urine sample to Drug Free Sport Lab’s Ben Mosier, but the Nevada Athletic Commission official did not provide the correct visa paperwork. After the federal police were contacted, Jose Aldo’s urine sample was ditched and Ben Mosier was sent packing.
When word got around to Conor McGregor, the Dubliner sniped at his Brazilian rival on Twitter:
I was random tested on May 23rd. Blood AND Urine. @josealdojunior you little weasel. You and your weasel coach. #AndNew

Although Jose Aldo’s urine sample was rejected by the Brazilian authorities the other day, the long-time champ was scheduled to submit another sample today. Perhaps after jousting back and forth at the UFC world tour, the two will engage in social media warfare after McGregor has reignited the war of words on performance-enhancing drugs.
Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor will collide in a featherweight championship tilt on July 11 for the UFC 189 extravaganza in Las Vegas, Nevada.
