Ben Rothwell entered his UFC Fight Night 68 co-main event bout with Matt Mitrione with a big opportunity in front of him. A win couple propel him into the upper tier of the division, especially if it was impressive. Well, it was. He submitted Mitrione early, and cut a truly bizarre and hilarious interview afterward. Round 1 – Mitrione with a right. Rothwell with a leg kick. Mitrione slips a right through the guard. Rothwell with a right, Mitrione with his own. Nice counter from Mitrione. Rothwell with a kick and sneaks in a left that backs Mitrione off. Kick from Meathead. And a body kick. Mitrione went for a takedown but Rothwell went straight for a pseudo-guillotine choke. Mitrione tapped immediately! WOW!
