This Friday, May 8, Glory presents Glory 21, live from San Diego. As always, Bloody Elbow will have your full fight coverage. Glory 21 is headlined by a big world title fight and a fun Heavyweight tournament. Prior to the live Spike show, Glory will, as always, present their Superfight Series. For quite some time, fans have been unable to watch these Superfights live, but for the second time in a row, Glory has made them available.
The Glory Superfight Series for Glory 21 will be available LIVE in a live stream, right here at Bloody Elbow. The stream costs $9.99 and will be available live with a fight time of 8:30 pm ET. The show is geo-blocked in ex-Yugoslavia, but will be available to fans in the US. Watch the live stream in the embedded video above.
Headlining the Superfight Series is a very exciting Heavyweight fight between Anderson “Braddock” Silva and Mladen Brestovac. Silva is an accomplished and well traveled veteran who has been a part of Glory since the company’s earliest days. He holds wins over Remy Bonjasky and Sergei Kharitonov, but has yet to firmly break through to the top of the card. Brestovac is a tough Croatian fighter. He has only 1 win in Glory, but it’s quite a win – knocking Jahfarr Wilnis out with a beautiful head kick KO at Glory 14. Winner here will take a big step up the Glory Heavyweight ranks.
UPDATE: Scratch all that. Silva vs. Brestovac is cancelled. Updated fight card is below.
The Glory 21 Superfight Series airs live via live stream this Friday, May 8 with a fight time of 8:30 p.m. ET. Bloody Elbow will have live fight coverage, including results, discussion, and the live stream, right here.
