Bloody Elbow 2.0 | Anton Tabuena

It’s not a name card for Invicta, even in terms of their recent offerings. No Michelle Waterson, no Cris Cyborg, not even a Mizuki Inoue or Alexa Grasso sighting. Still it’s not a bad card. A lot of fun action fights and a title fight to cap the whole thing off. Strawweight champion Katja Kankaapaa returns for her first title defense agaisnt undefeated Brazilian fighter Livia Renata Souza. It should be a pretty decent back-and-fourth grappling affair. The co-main features the resurgent Roxanne Modafferi trying to keep her mojo going against longtime vet Vanessa Porto.

The card will also feature the Invicta debut of several women, including Sharon Jacobsen and Sijara Eubanks. The event will air live on Fight Pass, April 24th, at 8pm EST/5 Pacific. Here’s a look at the card as it stands:

Main Card
Katja Kankaanpää vs. Livia Renata Souza
Vanessa Porto vs. Roxanne Modafferi
Faith Van Duin vs. Amanda Bell
Ediane Gomes vs. Raquel Pa’aluhi
Preliminary Card
Peggy Morgan vs. Latoya Walker
Lacey Schuckman vs. Jenny Liou Shriver
Delaney Owen vs. Sharon Jacobson
Shannon Sinn vs. Maureen Riordon
Gina Begley vs. Sijara Eubanks
