Saturday, April 11, Bloody Elbow presents fight coverage of Danny Garcia vs. Lamont Peterson. Premier Boxing Champions Garcia vs. Peterson airs live on NBC this Saturday, April 11 with a fight time of 8:30 p.m. ET. Bloody Elbow will have live fight coverage, including results and discussion, right here.

This is a very good fight, and is absolutely worth a watch thanks largely to Danny Garcia. Garcia had an incredible 2013 that culminated in his victory over Lucas Matthysse, but his 2014 was a letdown marked only by 2 woefully lopsided Al Haymon booked fights. Now he’s finally back to a top level opponent in Peterson, one of the division’s best who comes in an a 2 fight win streak after a loss to Matthysse.

Opening the show is a fantastic fight between Andy Lee and Peter Quillin. Lee comes in off one of his best career wins over Matt Korobov, while Quillin comes in undefeated. Quillin is probably the favorite, but Lee has the KO ability and grittiness to stay in this and win it at any time. Very good fight here.
