Two more bouts have been added to UFC Fight Night 67, which takes place in Goiania, Brazil, on May 30th.

Ranked the 5th best flyweight in the UFC, Jussier Formiga will take on fellow countryman Wilson Reis. Also, Northern Ireland’s Norman Parke, TUF: The Smashes champion, will face highly touted lightweight prospect Gilbert Burns.

A Brazilian jiu-jitsu blackbelt, Formiga is on a two fight winning streak, his best moment to date in his UFC career. He submitted Scott Jorgensen and defeated Zach Makovsky by unanimous decision in his last outing. Another decorated grappler and 14th in the rankings, Reis also beat Jorgensen by submission and Joby Sanchez by unanimous decision before that. He is 2-0 since making the drop to 125. The news was first reported by Combate.

After a come from behind victory against Alex Oliveira last Saturday, where Gilbert Burns lost all rounds in the stand up before securing an armbar in the last minute of the fight, the Brazilian is eager to get back in the Octagon to show his value once again. A perfect 3-0 in the UFC with two armbar wins, he faces Parke, who comes off a split decision loss to Gleison Tibau, which marked the first time he had been defeated in the Octagon. Before that, Parke was on an 11 fight unbeaten streak (10 wins and a draw) stretching back to his pre-UFC days. Portal do Vale Tudo was the first to break out the news.

UFC Fight Night 67 will be the second time Goiania hosts an UFC event. The card will be headlined by welterweights Carlos Condit and Thiago Alves.
