In a non-UFC week, World Series of Fighting is back, and with a pretty decent card, all things considered. WSOF lightweight champion Justin Gaethje is back to take on challenger Luis Palomino in the evening’s main event. The co-main sees the debuts of former UFC light heavyweights Thiago Silva and Matt Hamill in a rematch of their 2013 bout (which was admittedly pretty ugly). Also on the main card are rising LHW prospects Jake Heun and Teddy Holder as well as Jackson-Winklejohn prospect Timur Valiev. A solid night of fights all around.
