With fight night fast approaching, here’s a quick look at the UFC 185 odds, via BestFightOdds.com. Here, we’ll give you the closest odds, but you can get the full range at BestFightOdds.
In the main event, UFC Lightweight champion Anthony Pettis makes his second defense of the title as he takes on challenger Rafael dos Anjos. Pettis, currently ranked at #5 on the UFC Pound for Pound list, is a heavy favorite at -418, while dos Anjos sits at +373.
The other title fight on the night, Carla Esparza making her first UFC Women’s Strawweight title defense against Joanna Jedrzejczyk, is a very close one. Esparza is the slight favorite at -155, Jedrzejczyk at +150. That’s pretty much a pick ’em fight, which should hopefully translate into an exciting title match-up.
Elsewhere on the card, former UFC Welterweight champion Johny Hendricks is the notable favorite over Matt Brown, -340 to +310, while Alistair Overeem is a slight favorite at -195 to opponent Roy Nelson’s +185.
Biggest spread on the night goes to Henry Cejudo vs. Chris Cariaso. Cejudo is the serious favorite at -535, with Cariaso at +461. Those are wide odds for a 2 year pro against a former title challenger. The card actually has a fair number of heavy favorites, with Ross Pearson, Elias Theodorou, Sergio Pettis, and Joseph Duffy all at -300 or better.
Closest fight is Daron Cruickshank at -137 vs. Beneil Dariush at +130.
