This past Saturday night, UFC women’s bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey finished Number 1 contender, Cat Zingano in 14 seconds (12.83 if you go by “Judo” Gene LeBell’s stopwatch), with a spectacular armbar finish in the sixth defense of her title. In the days and weeks leading up to the fight, many questioned her ability to beat the super tough Zingano, let alone finish her. Ronda, never one to allow self-doubt to creep into her mind palace, knew she would get the finish and possibly even predicted it, almost down to the second, as reported by TMZ Sports.

Check out T.P. Grant’s judo chop of Rousey’s unusual armbar finish of Cat Zingano here.

In a quick, Feb. 25th interview, “Rowdy” joked around with a TMZ reporter about fan reaction to some of her previous finishes, but when he asked her to make a prediction on when she would finish Cat, she stated that she wanted to finish Zingano quickly, adding,

“Let’s get it on Instagram!”

So, in addition to being an Olympic medalist, fighter, model and actress, Ronda might be able to add fortune teller to her already extremely impressive resume. I may need to get her take on some fights in the future.

Instagram only allows users to upload 15 second videos to their popular photo app. Here is one of many videos (this one courtesy of JT Zapien) of Ronda’s lightning quick submission finish:
