Ronda Rousey submitted Cat Zingano in record setting time, and Ryron and Rener Gracie are once again here to breakdown the techniques used. It only lasted 14 seconds, but the duo detailed all the various techniques used and potential defenses starting from the transition up until the finish.

Also part of their video, details on Jake Ellenberger’s first submission victory as he choked Josh Koscheck in what Rener calls as the ‘front naked choke’.

Ronda Rousey defends her title by submitting Cat Zingano with a spectacular armbar in a record-breaking 14 seconds! Ronda has never used this variation of the armbar, and the submission was so fast that no one could comprehend what she did. Is there anyone left for Ronda?
