If you haven’t seen last Friday’s Glory 19, yet, you should try and catch a rerun as soon as possible. If you have, then you are probably already starving for your next fix of knockouts, flashy kicks and spectacular finishes. Well, you’ll have to be patient for quite a bit, since their next event “Glory 20: Dubai” isn’t scheduled until April 3rd. But: This one will feature not only one, but two title bouts as well as one of their marquee one-night, four-man contender tournaments and a light-heavyweight-clash involving former UFC fighter Pat Barry. Here’s what to expect:

Lightweight championship fight

Robin van Roosmalen is the Glory lightweight champion, since he beat former titleholder Davit Kiria in a razor-thin decision last November. In his last ten fights, Roosmalen has only lost to Giorgio Petrosyan and the young-gun Andy Ristie – and Ristie is the guy who will challenge him now at Glory 20.

Andy Ristie scored the two biggest upsets of 2013 in one single night, when he not only beat Petrosyan, but also van Roosmalen in a lightweight-contender tournament at Glory 12. He got stopped by Kiria in the title fight later, but has collected three stoppage wins since and now looks to finally get that belt in the long awaited rematch against van Roosmalen.

Featherweight championship fight

Gabriel Varga and Mosab Amrani will fight for the inaugural featherweight title in the co-main event. Varga has won the featherweight tournament at Glory 16 and will be the big favorite to win the belt. Amrani has fought on three Glory events in 2013, but went 7-5 in his last 12 outings and has only competed once last year.

Additional to the two title fights, Glory put together another one of their four-man contender tournaments, this time in the middleweight division. Wayne Barrett, Jason Wilnis, Alex Pereira and Simon Marcus will battle out in one night who will be the next challenger of 187 lbs. kingpin Artem Levin.

And last, but not least, UFC veteran Pat Barry will be fighting on the main card, too. Barry got knocked out in his Glory debut in May, so we’ll have to see how he does against Dutchman Mourad Bouzidi
