Perder é sempre muito ruim, dói de mais, mas o que mais esta doendo é perder sem poder mostrar o que treinei e o que sei fazer. Luta é luta, e eu sei que nesse peso qualquer mão que entra no começo de luta pode custar muito caro. Por muitas vezes na minha carreira estive do lado feliz e infelizmente dessa vez experimentei o lado triste dessa história. Sei que muita gente vai meter o pau, uns criticarem construtivamente e outros apenas aproveitar pra despejar todo tipo de gozação e ofensas possíveis. Infelizmente faz parte de estar em evidência, e é algo que como atletas profissionais, e em especial no Brasil, temos que estar sempre acostumados a lidar. Por mais que muitos duvidem, eu me preparei muito pra essa luta e estava bem treinado, e isso é o que mais dói em perder dessa maneira, sem poder mostrar aquilo que treinei. Quem acompanhou, treinou comigo, ou viu meus treinos sabe disso. Quando você perde lutando por alguns rounds, minutos que seja, de certa forma é menos sofrido porque realmente você mostrou o que treinou e não foi capaz, mas dessa forma realmente é muito frustrante. Cometi um erro técnico, talvez por ansiedade e muita vontade de conquistar essa vitória no Brasil e num momento tão importante da minha carreira, e paguei o preço. Méritos pro St. Preux, faz parte da luta e ele mereceu a vitória. Agora vou descansar, curtir minha família e depois pensar nos proximos passos, TUF Brasil, talvez uma mudança de categoria, mas sigo em frente porque vencer é facil, mas seguinar na batalha e dar a volta por cima é que fazem o verdadeiro lutador.
