Conor McGregor has become as much of a superstar as almost anyone else on the UFC roster in just a handful of trips to the UFC Octagon. While a good amount of the hype is based on his in-cage performance, his brash attitude and ability to build himself up every time he’s given a platform.
And Twitter provides the perfect platform for McGregor to reach the masses with his special brand of trash talk.
McGregor announced earlier today that he’s working with the UFC execs to determine another fight while he waits for a title shot:
As for who McGregor will face as a “keep busy” opponent? He was taunting Dennis Siver in a fit of soccer inspired trash talk last night:
That seems like the kind of fight the UFC would like to keep him in, avoiding the risks that come with answering the question of how he’ll handle a solid wrestler before they are able to cash in on a McGregor title fight.
