Although Ronda Rousey produced one of the most dominant title defenses in UFC history when she dispatched Alexis Davis in 16 seconds back at UFC 175, she was still required to go under the knife in July to repair several lingering issues in her right knee.
In addition to the knee surgery, Rousey was also forced to tend to a broken thumb that she suffered during her thrashing of the Canadian bantamweight. That, however, did not require surgery.
With the arthroscopic knee surgery and rehabilitation process behind her, Rousey was quick to make her way back to the training room, where she worked on hitting some pads with coach Edmond Tarverdyan.
