Big things have been happening for Invicta over the past 10 months. In that time they’ve lost a ton of talent to the UFC, including almost the entire strawweight division. They’ve had some major internal restructuring, along with the hiring of Julie Kedzie as matchmaker, and they’ve abandoned their iPPV model in favor of a broadcast agreement with Zuffa’s Fight Pass. Some of that is good news. Certainly the restructuring seems to be a positive. Some of that is bad news; they’ve lost a lot of last year’s momentum. It still remains to be seen how Fight Pass shakes out for them, for now that’s just news.

But, just right now, they’ve got a card coming up. And all things considered it’s a pretty damn good one. So, Victor Rodriguez (much improved) and I are here to break it down. As always, you should totally subscribe to MMANATIONDOTCOM on YouTube, because that’s what cool people do. And you can always watch this video there, if for some reason our Ooyala player isn’t what rogers your hammerstein.

And here’s a look at tomorrow’s card:

Michelle Waterson vs. Yasuko Tamada (atomweight title bout)
Stephanie Eggink vs. Katja Kankaanpää (strawweight title bout)
Ediane Gomes vs. Tonya Evinger
Michelle Ould vs. DeAnna Bennett
Roxanne Modafferi vs. Tara LaRosa
Peggy Morgan vs. Irene Aldana
Veronica Rothenhausler vs. Charmaine Tweet
Ashley Cummins vs. Alexa Grasso
Jodie Esquibel vs. Jinh Yu Frey
JJ Aldrich vs. Delaney Owen
