It appears Paul Daley is not the only active fighter on the UFC’s blacklist, as Jason High found himself unemployed just days after putting his hands on referee Kevin Mulhall.
High was riding a two-fight winning streak at welterweight but decided to drop down to lightweight, where he met Rafael dos Anjos on the main card. The Brazilian scored a questionable TKO win, after which High showed his disappointment by shoving the referee as he was getting to his feet.
High took to twitter shortly after the incident to apologize publicly for his actions:
Incredibly sorry & embarrassed for the ref incident. Will never happen again.

His apology did not do much good, as UFC President Dana White told UFC.com that High is “done” with the UFC and that he considers his actions comparable on those of Paul Daley.
“That Jason High kid got up and pushed a referee – he’s cut,” White said. “I’m going to cut him. I look at that the way [Paul] Daley put his hands on his opponent after a fight was over. You don’t ever, ever f——- touch a referee, ever. You’re done here. He’s been apologizing on Twitter, but he’s done.”
