Saturday April 12, Bloody Elbow presents fight coverage of Glory 15 Istanbul featuring fights from Glory 15 live from Istanbul, Turkey. Bloody Elbow will have fight coverage, including results, discussion, and a LIVE STREAM right here.
PLEASE NOTE – This thread will cover the live stream of Glory 15 Istanbul. Due to the time change, the Spike TV broadcast of Glory 15 will air on tape delay, showing on Spike at 8:00 p.m. ET Saturday, April 12. However, the show will be available in a live stream right here as it airs, starting at 2:30 p.m. ET Saturday. This stream will be geo-blocked in some regions, including the US. We will also have spoiler-free discussion of the Spike card Saturday night in a separate thread.
Glory 15 features the signature 4 man tournament, and this tournament is a fantastic one. Tyrone Spong, Gokhan Saki, Nathan Corbett, and Saulo Cavalari enter the ring to crown the first ever Glory Light Heavyweight champion. A Saki vs. Spong final would be tremendous, and is the easy pick, but last year in Glory showed that the easy pick is far from a guarantee in these tournaments. One thing you can count on is a hero’s welcome for Saki, which will make his fights electric. Also included here is the Glory debut of Andrei Stoica, as he faces Danyo Ilunga in another great fight, plus a main event of Robin van Roosmalen vs. Marat Grigorian. Put it all together and you have as good a card as we have ever seen from Glory.
