BE’s Baddest Greatest Submission Fighter Tournament: #4 Jon Jones vs #5 Genki Sudo
Bloody Elbow 2.0 | Anton Tabuena

A UFC Heavyweight title and a grappling win over Big Nog mean little when your are fighting the master of the leglock. Former UFC champ Ricco Rodriguez fell to Rousimar Palhares, 53-9. Let’s all just assume it ended via knee-shredding, shall we? Palhares now awaits the winner of Fedor Emelianenko vs. Megumi Fujii.

Today, it’s a battle of hardcore fan vs. new era fan. #5 seed Genki Sudo, beloved by many, unknown by many more, takes on one of the sport’s most talked about athletes today, #4 Jon Jones. Fascinating match-up here that I am very intrigued to see play out.
