The Facebook prelims for UFC Fight Night 32 in Brazil finished up with Featherweight and Middleweight bouts. The final two fights got business done quickly with two first round knockouts. Middleweights Thiago Perpetuo and Omari Akhmedov went back and forth with winging punches and submission attempts before Akhmedov landed the fight ending blow. TUF veteran Sam Sicilia picked up a big win as he pummeled Godofredo Pepey from guard to stop their fight in under two minutes.
Godofredo Pepey (9-2) vs Sam Sicilia (11-3)
Sicilia didn’t give up a second against Pepey. They both missed shots from range before Pepey moved in for a takedown. Sicilia countered and reversed into Pepey’s guard. He landed a few hard shots before Pepey got wrist control, but that didn’t last long. Sicilia got position again and unleashed a series of right hands that put Godofredo down and forced the referee to stop the fight.

Thiago Perpetuo (9-1-1) vs. Omari Akhmedov (11-0)
Perpetuo almost got a quick win when he dropped Akhmedovin the opening seconds of their Middleweight fight. Omari was able to recover and started to take control in the clinch before Perpetuo clocked him again. Again Akhmedov recovered and turned that into a takedown. He got into back control looking for a rear naked choke, but was Perpetuo was able to reverse. They got back on their feet and Perpetuo chased Akhmedov down winging hooks, but was caught by a big right hand that dropped him. He started to get up, but a follow up shot forced the stoppage.
