There’s really nothing to criticize about UFC 166. The main event is a trilogy title tilt (say that ten times fast if you’re bored) between heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez and challenger Junior dos Santos. JDS won the first fight by KO, but Cain won the rematch with a clear-cut unanimous decision. Co-headlining is Strikeforce heavyweight GP winner Daniel Cormier against Roy Nelson. New flyweight signing Darrell Montague makes his UFC debut against recent title contender John Dodson.

Oh and about those prelims? Nate Marquardt and Hector Lombard, two former middleweights, square off at 170 lbs. C.B. Dollaway returns to the cage against Tim Boetsch, while Bellator’s Jessica Eye makes her UFC debut against fellow debutante Sarah Kaufman.

This lineup is just fantastic from top to bottom. There’s not much more to add on other than to clear up your Saturday night to watch several hours of great fights. Here’s what the October 19th card looks like:
