Well we can forget about another fun inter-sport feud.
Despite previously saying that he’d never heard of the UFC superstar, boxing champ Floyd Mayweather has now told Sway’s Universe that he “prays for” Anderson Silva. This following Silva’s appearance on the show last month in which he said, “I no respect Mayweather” and called him “Papa Smurf.”
Here’s what Floyd had to say:
“I pray for him. He’s okay. I don’t have nothing negative to say about the guy Anderson Silva. I’ve seen some highlights on him. I don’t know him personally, but I’ve seen highlights of him fight, and hopefully he can bounce back. I heard he just took an ‘L,’ so hopefully he can bounce back from that loss.”
Oh well.
