The UFC has added two more bouts to their UFC 167 show in Vegas, also known as their 20th anniversary show. They’ve talked about stacking the card with exciting fights recently, and these two additions certainly have the ability to be memorable. The first comes in the bantamweight division (via Sherdog):

A showdown between bantamweights Erik Perez and Edwin Figueroa is in the works for UFC 167.

Sherdog.com recently learned of the matchup from a source close to the bout, although the pairing has not been officially announced by the promotion.

The second is in the middleweight division, and features Rafael Natal taking on Ed Herman. The UFC confirmed the bout via their twitter account:

Perez (13-5) suffered his first defeat in four UFC fights when he dropped an entertaining decision to Takeya Mizugaki at UFC Fight Night 27 last month. Figueroa (9-3) has dropped two bouts in a row and is 2-3 in the UFC overall. His last bout was a unanimous decision loss to Roland Delorme at UFC 161 in June.

Herman (21-9, 1 NC), who has been with the UFC for over seven years now, picked up a close split decision victory over Trevor Smith in his last bout at UFC on Fox 8 in July. He is 8-5 (1 NC) in 14 UFC fights. Natal (17-4-1) is on a three-fight winning streak, most recently defeating Tor Troeng by decision at UFC Fight Night 28 earlier this month. He is 5-2-1 overall in the UFC.

Both fights will take place on the preliminary card. UFC 167 on November 16th will be headlined by a UFC welterweight title fight between champion Georges St. Pierre and challenger Johny Hendricks.
