The great fights continue to roll in for the UFC’s November 16th PPV in Las Vegas, Nevada. Two lightweights who are coming off difficult defeats to Rafael Dos Anjos will face each other, as Donald Cerrone faces Evan Dunham at UFC 167. Case Keefer of the Las Vegas Sun first reported the bout, which the UFC later confirmed through Twitter

Cerrone (20-6, 1 NC) struggled mightily against dos Anjos last Wednesday in Indianapolis, and he found himself on the defensive after an early knockdown. “Cowboy” put together a solid 3rd round but clearly lost a 29-28 decision on all 3 judges’ scorecards. After a torrid 4-0 start to his UFC career, Cerrone is just 3-3 in his last 6.

Dunham (14-4) also lost a unanimous (29-28) decision to the Brazilian, but that one was clearly a much more competitive fight with some fans and analysts arguing that Dunham should’ve been the winner. Like Cerrone, the 32-year-old started out 4-0 in the UFC, but is just 3-4 since.

UFC 167 also features a welterweight title fight between Georges St. Pierre and Johny Hendricks, plus a co-main event between Chael Sonnen and Rashad Evans, Josh Koscheck versus Tyron Woodley, Rory MacDonald against Robbie Lawler, and a heavyweight clash between Frank Mir and Alistair Overeem.
