If you have seen any of these kinds of videos for Mayweather before, nothing in this should come as a huge surprise from the Mayweather camp. Floyd is, as always, at odds with Oscar De La Hoya, working hard, spending extravagant amounts of money, and dismissing his opponent’s chances.
What is of some interest is the look inside the Canelo camp. You get the sense that Canelo is very driven here, and that his team truly believes this is his time. I’m not sure I am sold just yet – but I am a little more sold than I was before I watched the episode, and that right there is some fine fight promotion.
