Tim Kennedy> did the unthinkable and locked up with Roger Gracie again and again for three rounds, the majority of which were spent in the clinch and on the ground. Despite what was thought to be a big disadvantage on paper. Kennedy proved that solid submission defense and a well rounded skill set were enough to beat the one-dimensional Gracie.
