Floyd Mayweather and Robert Guerrero headlined boxing’s first major PPV of 2013. May Day Mayweather vs. Guerrero was live from Las Vegas Saturday May 4. While it featured an exciting, stacked undercard that consistently delivered quality fights, clearly Mayweather vs. Guerrero was the big draw.

Heading into the fight, there were questions if Guerrero would be able to make this a fight. He did indeed bring the fight to Mayweather for the opening two rounds, but the vast majority of this fight was all Mayweather. By emphasizing his defense, Mayweather outboxed Guerrero all night. In many ways, it was your typical Mayweather performance. Mayweather once again showed that incredible defense, while also mounting his own offense.
