Coming up tomorrow night at UFC On Fox 7, Ben Henderson has the chance to defend his Lightweight title for the third time when he faces off against Strikeforce champ Gilbert Melendez. In Benson’s last title defense he spent 25 minutes completely shutting down the game of challenger Nate Diaz. Melendez doesn’t plan to go down as easily, having said he’ll be “trying to kill” Bendo while they’re in the cage. In addition to the 155 lb. title fight, the UFC has lined up one of the strongest cards of the year so far.
