Shinya Aoki is among the five members of the famed Evolve MMA gym in Singapore who will all be competing at ONE FC 8 this Friday. With less than 3 days left before the weigh-ins, the team had their last training session together and BloodyElbow.com was on deck for this brief evening workout.
Guys such as Leandro Issa, Alex Silva, and Jake Butler were preparing for this Friday’s bouts, with RUFF Champion Irshaad Sayed and coaches Heath Sims and Chatri Sityodtong also in attendance. Seen above are several photos from that night.
