Tyron Woodley made his UFC Welterweight debut last month on the FX prelims of UFC 156. Coming off the first lost of his career where Nate Marquardt murdered his face, Woodley was looking to make a better impression in the UFC than he made leaving Strikeforce. He thoroughly succeeded with a definitive win over MMA veteran Jay Heiron who he TKO’d in only 36 seconds.
2013 is only looking better for him as he’ll be making his silver screen debut this Friday as a stuntman for Olympus Has Fallen. Woodley announced his appearance Wednesday on Twitter:
On top of that, IMDB reveals that Woodley will be joined in the film by UFC Lightweight Yves Edwards.
