
The UFC continues to dramatically boost ratings for Fuel TV according to a series of tweets from Kevin Iole:
UFC on Fuel 8 most-watched show in network history. Did 485k viewers, approx twice previous high. Post-fight show even did 219k viewers! MTK

The show was headlined by Wanderlei Silva vs. Brian Stann.
For comparison here are peak viewership numbers from some past UFC on Fuel TV shows, keep in mind that Iole is referring to average numbers for the whole program which can be considerably lower than the peak viewership which could be considerably higher:
UFC on Fuel 1: 315,000 viewers (Wednesday night)
UFC on Fuel 2: 298,000 viewers (Sat. afternoon broadcast)
UFC on Fuel 3: 173,000 viewers (Tuesday night)
UFC on Fuel 4: 291,000 viewers (Sat. afternoon broadcast)
UFC on Fuel 5: 111,000 viewers (Sat. afternoon broadcast)
UFC on Fuel 6: 88,000 viewers (Sat. morning broadcast)
UFC on Fuel 7: 197,000 viewers
