It appears that the ratings for UFC on Fox 6 were even better than the original overnight numbers that came out on Sunday morning. The show, which was headlined by a UFC flyweight title fight between Demetrious Johnson and John Dodson, averaged over 4.2 million viewers. Yahoo’s Kevin Iole explains via twitter:

The numbers are down slightly from UFC on Fox 5, which averaged 4.4 million and peaked at 5.9 million viewers. Here are the average numbers for the first five shows by comparison:

UFC on FOX 1 (Velasquez vs. Dos Santos) ratings: 5.7 million viewers
UFC on FOX 2 (Evans vs. Davis) ratings: 4.7 million
UFC on FOX 3 (Diaz vs. Miller) ratings: 2.4 million
UFC on FOX 4 (Rua vs. Vera) ratings: 2.4 million
UFC on FOX 5 (Henderson vs. Diaz): 4.4 million

So basically, Fox 6 fell in the middle of the pack. As reported before though, it did strong ratings in the areas that advertisers crave though, so this should probably be taken as a good sign overall.
