Leading up to his Heavyweight title shot against Junior Dos Santos at UFC 146, Alistair Overeem failed a drug test for having an elevated testosterone:epitestosterone ratio. He was suspended by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for 9 months because of the failed test. On Tuesday, he appeared before the NSAC committee and was granted his fighters.
