More news from that New Year’s Eve mega card as that the merged DREAM 18 – GLORY 4 event now has a US TV deal. Past DREAM events have been shown on HDNet, or AXS a it is now called, but for this New Year’s special, they will be aired on a network with much more reach.
Officials have announced that they have secured a broadcast deal with CBS Sports, and will be airing both the DREAM and Glory portions on the event. The show won’t be aired live though and will be on a slightly delayed telecast. The Glory portion of the card will start at 10 pm ET on the 31st, while the DREAM portion will be at the same time on January 1st.
For those who prefer to stay up and watch the event live as it happens in Japan, it will also be available on an online PPV for $20.
