The main event was a showdown for the UFC lightweight title between champion Ben Henderson and challenger Nate Diaz. The co-main event was a number one contender’s bout at light heavyweight between former Pride and UFC champ Mauricio Rua and rising prospect Alexander Gustafsson. B.J. Penn vs. Rory MacDonald and Mike Swick vs. Matt Brown rounded out the main card in Seattle.
