UFC President Dana White has released his first vlog to promote UFC on Fox 5: Henderson vs. Diaz. He calls it “the baddest fight card ever assembled for free TV.” Dana also takes pains to point out that fans will be able to watch all of the fights on Fox and still catch the Manny Pacquiao fight an hour later.

The video is the usual Dana antics. He goes to a rodeo, gets a personal shoutout at an Everlast concert, then hangs out with the singer.

Then out of nowhere the video includes Ronda Rousey flying with the Thunderbirds.

From there it’s back to Dana as he goes to the set of The Ultimate Fighter and gets the coaches picks. Chael picks Nate Diaz, Alexander Gustafsson, B.J. Penn, and Mike Swick. Jones picks Ben Henderson, Gustafsson, Rory MacDonald, and Swick. Jones says, “being the young guy I pick ambition over experience every time.”

From there it goes backstage at UFC 154. We see a bruised up Sam Stout after his loss to John Makdessi. Dana counts the illegal shots to the back of Patrick Cote’s head from Alessio Sakara.

Enjoy!
