This weekend Gunnar Nelson will be making his debut at UFC on Fuel TV 5 against TUF Alum DaMarques Johnson. Now, when someone my age hears the name Gunnar Nelson they think of one half of the “rock band” Nelson. Luckily for us this isn’t the case. This Gunnar Nelson is a 5 ft. 11 in. 170 pound Icelandic BJJ wrecking machine sporting a Renzo Gracie Black belt. Gunnar has a impressive 9-0-1 record, with none of his wins going to the judges scorecards.
