The main event pits Luke Rockhold against Tim Kennedy in Rockhold’s second title defense while the co-main event will see Nate Marquardt and Tyron Woodley compete for Strikeforce’s vacant welterweight title.
In other action, Robbie Lawler faces Lorenz Larkin in Larkin’s middleweight debut and in more middleweight action, Roger Gracie takes on Keith Jardine.
