A few years ago, even the most hardcore Star Wars fans would never have guessed that George Lucas’ daughter would eventually move from making cameos on her father’s movies, to busting heads and winning MMA championships.
That’s exactly what happened though, as Amanda Lucas won her fourth straight bout this past weekend, submitting MMA vet and professional wrestler, Yumiko Hotta by key lock on the third round of their DEEP 57 bout.
With the victory, the daughter of the Star Wars creator took home her first Mixed Martial Arts title by claiming the DEEP Women’s Open-Weight Championship.
“I’ve won a couple of grappling tournaments, but nothing compares to this. This is the biggest honor, and something I worked really hard for,” Lucas said. “This is probably one of the best moments of my life.”
After the jump, you can check out footage of the entire fight, along with an emotional Amanda Lucas celebrating her win in Japan with Darth Vader and a group of Stormtroopers.

Also on the DEEP card, Mizuto Hirota defended his lightweight championship against Seichi Ikemoto, and Yoshiro Maeda won the rematch against Takafumi Otsaka, choking him out in the 2nd round and claiming his DEEP bantamweight title in the process.
UFC Veteran Akihiro Gono also dropped his 2nd straight bout, losing a decision to Daisuke Nakamura.
