UFC 140 is in the books and if you missed it there’s no better place to catch up than right here at Bloody Elbow. We have recapped every fight on the card from Facebook, to Ion TV to the main card pay-per-view action. Jon Jones retained his LHW title after a first round scare. Frank Mir broke Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira’s humerus. Nogueira’s twin brother beat up Tito Ortiz. The Korean Zombie tied the record for fastest UFC KO. It was a great night of fights and we tell you which ones to see ASAP and which ones to skip in these recaps:
