The UFC’s winter schedule just got a whole lot busier. Yahoo Sports’ Steve Cofield is reporting that the UFC is already planning their second UFC on Fox event, and it will emanate from the United Center in Chicago on January 28th:
Multiple sources confirm that Jan. 28 is the target for UFC on Fox 2 in Chicago at the United Center. That’ll be followed by the Georges St-Pierre-Nick Diaz fight on Super Saturday in Las Vegas on Feb. 4.
No fights have been announced for the event yet, but this broadcast is expected to run longer than last weekend’s Fox debut and feature more than just a single fight. Cofield also broke the news earlier that the first UFC Fight Night on FX will take place the week prior in Nashville. So in case you’re wondering, here’s what MMA fans can look forward to from the UFC over the next few months:
