Bud Light’s official Youtube page has put out some videos detailing Shane Carwin’s training in preparation for his bout with Junior dos Santos at UFC 131. You can view the first two here. This third episode details Carwin’s engineering work and describes how his intelligence crosses over into his MMA training. There’s not a lot of actual MMA stuff here, but it an interesting (albeit brief) look into another side of Shane’s life. Oh, and his diploma shows that his middle name is Bannister.
