The Ultimate Fighting Championship and Spike TV will hold an open casting call at The Marriott at Newark Liberty International Airport in Newark, NJ for Season 14 of “The Ultimate Fighter” on Monday, March 21, 2011. This season, the series will be casting mixed martial artists in the featherweight (145 pounds) and bantamweight (135 pounds) divisions.
Urijah Faber (24-4) and Dominick Cruz (17-1) are possible coaches according to Sherdog.com:
While not officially announced by the promotion, sources close to the situation have informed Sherdog.com that the UFC’s tentative hope is to use bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz and former WEC featherweight champion Urijah Faber as the coaches for the 14th season, should Faber triumph in his March 19 bout with Eddie Wineland at UFC 128 in Newark.
