UFC 127 Results Recap: Perosh Chokes Blackledge With Ease
Bloody Elbow 2.0 | Anton Tabuena

Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt Anthony Perosh got to show off his skills with a quick submission win over Tom Blackledge at UFC 127. The finish, via rear naked choke came just 2:45 into the first round of the light heavyweight bout.

What was the high point of the fight?

Watching Perosh make quick work of Blackledge on the ground was an entertaining BJJ demo.

Where do these guys go from here?

Expect to see the Australian Perosh back on the next UFC card in Australia, if not sooner.

Blackledge will likely get his notice and have to pick up a few more wins on the regional circuit to be asked back.

Watch it now, later, or never?

It’s nothing special, but it’s a short and decisive fight so I’d go ahead and watch it today while UFC 127 is still a fresh memory.
