It looks like Rick Story will get his wish after he called out Thiago Alves shortly after both men won their respective fights in December. MMA Weekly with the report:
“Just found out I’ll be back inside of the cage in May! Great news to finish the year!” Alves Tweeted on Friday. In a follow up Tweet, he said that he didn’t know much about who he would face yet.
MMAWeekly.com sources, however, said that Alves is expected to fight Rick Story on May 28 at the UFC’s annual Memorial Day weekend event in Las Vegas.
