Today on “MMA Nation” we’re going to look back on the highlights and lowlights in MMA that happened in 2010.
First, we’re going to catch up with former world kickboxing champion and now MMA coach Duke Roufus. We’ll talk to Roufus about how his student Anthony Pettis was able to pull off arguably the best kick ever in MMA, his views on how to push MMA striking to the next stage of its development and much more.
We’ll also talk to two of the best covering the sport of MMA, Jordan Breen and Josh Gross. Breen and Gross will join the show (at separate times) to recap the year in MMA as well as give us their lowlights and highlights from this past year.
Last, but certainly not least, we’ll recap WEC 53 and look ahead to UFC 125.
“MMA Nation” will air tonight 9:00 p.m. ET to 11:00 p.m. ET on 106.7 The Fan. To listen live over the Internet, go to The Fan’s website and click “Listen Live“.
