Scott “The Hands of Steel” Smith makes his first official announcement that he is moving to 170lbs, the welterweight division. Strikeforce’s current welterweight fighters include: Nick Diaz (current champion), Erik Apple, Shamar Bailey, Roger Bowling, Jesse Finney, Andre Galvao, Jay Hieron, Joe Riggs, Luke Stewart, James Terry, Tyron Woodley, Bobby Voelker and Marius Zaromskis. Rumors indicate Paul “Semtex” Daley may be joining this roster, but nothing is official yet.
