“The NJSACB has levied a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) weigh-in purse penalty on Rory Markham.
This penalty is not payable to the Commission, this one thousand penalty goes to his opponent Nate Diaz. It is payable to Diaz at the same time that he receives his purse payment.”
